In real estate there are really smart people but they can’t hack it, other folks they have no personality –
they are flat but they are doing $56 Million a year, that’s the magic of real estate. Whatever talent you
have, there’s a way in creating a thriving business in Real Estate. All you have to do is to outwork the guy
next to you, and that is PERSISTENCE.
