Instead, focus on sending them information every time they visit your website or look at a certain property.
  4. Differentiate: In order to stand out to a potential lead, you need to stay top of mind. By giving out tailored information that meets their needs, appealing to their properties and doing research on your client, you will be able to close more deals than your competitor.
