Awesome Smart Phone Apps!

Car Locator– This App Allows you to remember where you park your car. It’s available on both Android and IOS.$3.99

RoomScan– This App is extremely cool. It allows you to walk around a house. Tap your phone up to every wall. Then the App draws a home floor plan for you! FREE (Possible Upgrade)

A Beautiful Mess App- This App allows you to overlay text and icons on to photos for use on social media profiles. $.99

GoConnect App-This App is still in Beta stage. However when launched, this app has a lot of potential to help real estate agents. It’s developers call it a check list for real estate agents and it’s designed to help you acc omplish your tasks on the go. Price not yet available.

KeyMe– KeyMe is very very helpful. I don’t know about you, but I lose my keys ALL the time. This app is a lifesaver. Take a picture of your keys using this app and KeyMe will save that photo. Then if you lose your key. Just log in and you can have a copy sent to you for $5 with 2 Day shipping. FREE ($5 for New Key)

Shake– This App is available for iPhone. It allows you to create a contract and have someone sign it ON YOUR PHONE! Image being able to have your clients sign contracts on your smart phone and on mobile. FREE

YouMail– This App is awesome! It will pull from your phone contacts and leave personalized responses when someone calls you. FREE

Refresh– This App is a great way to get to know people before you meet. If you’re attending a convention, you can search for the presenters on this App. It will pull any information that is public on social media. FREE

Websites!

Unroll.me– This website is the cure for the bogged down email inbox. When you enter your email address Unroll.me will show you a list of your email subscriptions.

IFTTT– If This Then This. This site is a great resource for Real Estate Agents. In IFTTT you can build recipes.

Updater.com– This website allows you and your clients to update your address anywhere you need.

Nimble.com– If you’re trying to develop a relationship with a potential client or business contact, you can use Nimble to see all of that person’s Social Media Posts in one place. This is a great way to see what this contacts are talking about-Even if you’re not connected with them on every social media site.

Nextdoor.com– This is the neighborhood Social Media Site. It’s a great way to connect with the people around you. There is tremendous opportunity on this site, because the majority of posts are looking for referrals!

Evernote.Com– You can use this website and accompanying smart phone app for recording and remembering almost anything. If you track your millage, you can snap a photo on your smart phone, save it to the App and search for it later. This app is extra cool, because you can actually search for text in photos. So if you took a picture of a Chevron receipt, you can save it in Evernote and search for the word “Chevron” and evernote will hunt down that word in the photos. Pretty cool.

ClosingTi.me– This website allows you to set up tasks and timelines for your home buying clients. You can log in and track what these buyers are doing. Your clients will also be able to log in an see what’s expected and complete those tasks.

Feedly.com– Feedly.com is an RSS Aggregator. In English that mean, this website and pull new posts from your favorite websites and blogs and see all those new post in one feed.

BufferApp.Com– Buffer allows you to schedule social media posts in one spot. It also has the RSS Feed Aggregator and also allows you to schedule from that feed.

Google+– Google+ is Google, Google is search. If you haven’t thought about using Google Plus as a social media site. 2014 is definitely the year to just on board.

Google Analytics – Do you want to find out the best tracking of your social media sites and website in one spot? Google Anayltics allows you to do that.

Pin It Button and Other Pinterest Goodies – Would you love the ability to pin to your Pinterest boards no matter what websites your on? This works great for real estate agents who want to pin listings direct from the listing website.

Pinstagram Ebook– Ok. This isn’t really a website. It’s a free ebook with a ton of useful information for anyone using Instagram or Pinterest in your Marketing Strategy.

ShareAsImage.com– Props to Katie Lance, because this is without a doubt my favorite. This is a bookmarklet that allows you to highlight text and then ShareAsImage generate photo with that text.

Corefact.com– Corefact is direct mail personalized. You can send a post card to a farm group and each house will receive a card with their name on it and a unique code so they can log in to corefact’s website and get a personalized Neighborhood Market update.

Google Alerts Google will send you daily emails with the newest information to hit the internet with in your search criteria. Set these up for your neighborhood and share the newest information with your social network.

Lasso– Lasso is the idea of collaborative search for real estate. You and your clients can set up a corral. You can post properties you think your clients might be interested in. They can respond and post their own.
